Great and very clean studio! Easily reachable and great workout designs for each session. Came here 3 times for Metcon, Deadlift and Anaerobic respectively and all the coaches are amazing! They explain the workouts beforehand clearly and pay attention to ppl’s forms. I’m new to gym and this was a great introduction!

JC was attentive to every member in our class and gave pointers for every exercise. He paid attention to form which allowed us to maximise our training session! Trainers are professional and friendly with expert fitness coaching experience. Their programs are excellent and can be catered to any fitness level. I have been to a few gyms across Singapore - this is by far one of the best in terms of programming and trainers. Location of this gym is great too - Only a 10 minute walk away from Tiong Bahru MRT.
